Directions: For best freshness, keep refrigerated until ready to use. To use, heat oven to 350º. Scoop dough onto parchment lined sheet pan, leaving room for cookies to spread. Tub makes 8, 2 ounce cookies. Flatten dough slightly. Place in hot oven. Bake 9 – 12 minutes until golden brown on edges. Remove to cooling rack. Store in air-tight container.
