Virtually any recipe that calls for flour will work with our GF All Purpose Flour, except recipes that call for yeast. For yeast based recipes use our Soft Bread Mix

Deby’s Best Muffins
2 cups Deby’s GF Flour 1 tsp salt
3 tsp Baking powder 1 Cup Sugar
1 1/2 cups applesauce 1/2 Cup Oil
2 tsp GF Vanilla extract 3 large eggs
Combine flour, salt, baking powder, & Sugar in a mixing bowl. In another bowl whisk together applesauce, oil, vanilla and eggs. Pour wet ingredients into dry. Stir to combine. This is a basic muffin batter that can become almost any type of muffin. Add any of the following
1 cup blueberries
1 cup Choco Chips
1 Cup mashed Banana + 1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup Solid Pack Pumpkin +2 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice.
Fill Muffin cups 2/3 full. Sprinkle with:
Streusel Topping (if desired)
1/2 cup GF Blend, 1/4 Cup Sugar, 1 Tbsp Butter. Mix flour and sugar. cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle on muffins. Bake at 350 degrees 20 minutes for standard muffins or 30 minutes for jumbo muffins. Or until a pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool before serving.

Deby’s Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 cup shortening (palm suggested)
1 1/2 cup Dark Brown Sugar
2 large or 3 medium eggs
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
1 Tbsp Cold Water
2 1/2 cups Deby’s GF Flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Deby’s Best Pancakes
2 cups Deby’s GF Flour 2 cups milk or substitute
2 tsp. Baking Powder 1/4 cup oil
1 tsp Baking Soda 2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl. In a separate bowl whisk eggs until light. Add milk and oil. Pour liquid ingredients into dry and whisk until well combined.

Heat griddle to 350 degrees. Spray griddle with GF pan spray. Pour 1/2 cup batter onto hot griddle. Turn when bottom is golden brown and top is bubbly. Remove when both sides are golden brown.
