Ingredients: Tapioca Flour, Sorghum Flour, Rice Flour, Flax Seeds, Potato Starch, Yeast, Salt, Xanthan Gum.
Directions: Preheat Oven to 425 degrees, spread dough onto pans. Let dough rise 20 minutes or longer (depending on thickness). Bake 10-12 minutes until firm (but not brown). Remove from pan. Top as desired and bake directly on lowest oven rack until cheese is melted and bubbly. Makes 3 10″‘-12″ or two larger crusts.
