Blue Hummingbird, formely Deby’s Gluten Free, was started by Doug and Monica Poole in 2005. As a family of 5, all of which are either Celiac and/or gluten intolerant, we understand the needs and the frustrations of living gluten free in a gluten-filled world. Our goal is to make living gluten free as easy as possible.
