We visited Blue Hummingbird today...as my daughter has celiac and it's so hard to find certain bakery items. The items we tried, various donuts and a pizza pocket, were absolutely delicious! I have never enjoyed donut holes before...until now! An absolute party in your mouth! OMGOODNESS, do yourself a favor and go try the amazing bakery items! Absolutely A++++++ AND, the owner is absolutely lovely!!

I used to buy from this place long ago when I first learned of my gluten intolerance. This was before GF was well-known so it was nice to find this place back then (25 years ago). Now I’m buying from them again although a bit of a drive but worth it. Good price and great quality.

Huge selection of gluten free foods. The donuts were so chewy and delicious. They also had donut holes that were fresh and melted in your mouth. I will come back next time I'm in Denver.

I am not gluten-free. I tried their donuts, and I was impressed for gluten-free!!! To be honest, they are better than most donuts I have had. They make the donuts fresh on Saturdays, and there is a larger selection. During the week, the selection is smaller. They are worth every bite!!!
