Ingredients
Rice Flour, Water, Tapioca Flour, Flax Seed, Palm Shortening, Potato Starch, Baking Powder, Salt, Xanthan Gum
Directions
Measure 1/4 cup tortilla Mix into a mixing bowl.
Add 1 1/2 Tablespoons (or more) COLD water. Stir with a fork to combine. Roll dough into a ball.
Place ball between two sheets of parchment paper. Roll or press in a tortilla press to 6″ diameter. Heat a griddle or pan to 400º
Peal back the top sheet of parchment. Place tortilla on hot griddle then peel back the 2nd piece of parchment.
Cook 30 to 45 seconds on each side. Enjoy immediately or store in a sealed plastic bag. Recipe makes 1 tortilla. Recipe can be multiplied as needed. Mix is best if used within 6 months from purchase date
