Product Details

Ingredients: Whole Grain Rice Flour, Whole Grain Sorghum Flour, Brown Rice Flour, Modified Tapioca Starch, Rice Starch, Ground Golden Flaxseed, Psyllium Powder, Potato Starch, Tapioca Flour, Modified Cellulose Gum, Guar Gum.

Instructions:
in a 6 qt mixing bowl combine
4 cups Soft Bread Mix
1-2 Tbsp Sugar (optional)
1-2 Tsp Salt (optional)
2 1/2 Tsp Dry Yeast (or Substitute 2 Tsp Baking Soda Mix well and 2 tsp Baking Powder)

In a seperate bowl mix
2 1/2 cups warm water (110º)
1/4 to 1/3 cup oil (Optional)
Pour wet into dry and combine.
Resulting dough will be very sticky. Divide into 2 lumps. Transfer each lump to a well oiled bread loaf pan. Put oil on your hands and shape dough and press down into pan.
Heat oven to 400°. Let loaf rise until doubled. Place in hot oven. Reduce temp to 350°. Bake 1 hour. Remove to a cooling rack. Cool completely before slicing. Store leftovers in a plastic sealed bag.

You can add raisins, seeds, herbs, nuts, or whatever you would like to your batter to make a variety of breads.
